Back in April, Genshin Impact developer miHoYo announced plans to bring Tears of Themis to an international audience. Today, the developer announced that the otome adventure game Tears of Themis will launch later this month worldwide on iOS and Android for free. If you’ve not played an otome game, I’ve reviewed a few games in the visual novel sub-genre in our SwitchArcade roundups like the Collar x Malice and Code Realize games. Tears of Themis debuted in China last year and it will feature both Japanese and Chinese voiceover options when it launches globally. Watch the Tears of Themis release date trailer with Japanese voiceovers below:
You play as a new attorney in Tears of Themis. The adventure blends romance, detective work, and more with interactive courtroom trials. Following the closed beta from May, pre-orders and pre-registrations for the global release of Tears of Themis are now live. If you’d like to check it out, you can pre-order Tears of Themis on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here.
